It all started with an idea. Like all great stories do.

But this one needed five people to believe in it and to build it from the ground up.

Their journey began in early 2020, just one month before the pandemic hit. Not exactly ideal timing.

But despite the challenges, the five professionals turned their idea into reality. Each of the them brought 15+ years of industry experience to the table, combining their expertise to create:

Forge.

Launching a business as the world shut down wasn't easy. Where others saw barriers the Founders saw opportunity. With a mindset of living in the solution they adapted and created new, safe ways to work. They were committed to building something meaningful.

Fast forward five years.

This company, built from a simple concept, inspired by the pitfalls and inefficiencies of the typical agency way of working. This has created new opportunities for its clients, team members, and the founders who took that initial risk.

We're proud of how far we've come, but we're not done yet. Not even close.
